应用考马斯亮蓝法测定总蛋白含量

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 应用考马斯亮蓝法检测总蛋白含量。方法 应用考马斯亮蓝法与凯氏法和Ｌｏｗｒｙ法同时 进行不同生物制品的总蛋含量检测。结果 考马斯亮蓝法操作简便，灵敏度高，重复性好，测定蛋白的线性范围为 ５～２５ｕｇ，ｒ＝ ０．９９９５，ｎ＝５，平均回收率为１０１．３％。结论 考马斯亮蓝法是检测生物制品总蛋白含量的理想方法。
