摘要(Abstract)：

神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)属于神经营养因子家族成员之一,自1953年被Levi-Montalcini发现,至今已有60年历史。本文主要就NGF的结构与功能、给药途径、临床试验及其临床应用等方面的研究进展作一综述。
As one of the members of neurotrophin family,nerve growth factor(NGF)has been developed for more than 60 years since it was discovered by Levi-Montalcini in 1953. This paper reviews the advances in research on structure and function,delivery,clinical trial and clincial application of NGF.
