摘要(Abstract):

干扰素γ(Interferon gamma,IFNγ)是体内重要的细胞因子,能够通过调控免疫相关基因的转录协调机体的免疫反应。本文对IFNγ的生物学功能(主要包括诱导机体的抗病毒状态、抑制细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡、免疫调节)及其应用的研究进展作一综述。
Interferon γ(IFNγ)is an critical cytokine which coordinates immune response through transcriptional regulation of immunologically relevant genes. This article reviews the progress in research on biological functions,including induction of antiviral state,inhibition of cell proliferation,induction of apoptosis and immunomodulation,as well as application of IFNγ.
