Peer Review Process
First, the editors check the manuscripts preliminarily for whether the contents are suitable for the journal.
Second, two specialists are invited to go over the manuscripts passing preliminary checking for academic level, advantage, practicality and guiding effect, make suggestion for revision and evaluate the manuscripts. If the two specialists have a difference of opinion, the manuscripts will be sent to the third specialists.
Third, on the basis of synthesizing the opinions of specialists, the editorial board decides to admit or discard the manuscripts.
Forth, on the basis of synthesizing the opinions of specialists and editorial board, editors make suggestion for revision to the authors.
Fifth, the editors edit and proofread the manuscripts revised by authors.
